The blame starts @ the top- owner Pat Bowlen. What was he thinking when he hired a 32 year kid as the head coach that has unlimited power like Mike Nolan had with the Niners. Oops, the punk kid hired Nolan as defensive coordinator. I referred to this hire as a red flag two or three months ago.

Being a disciple of Bill Belichick doesn't guarantee head coaching success. Off the top of my head- Romeo Crennel did basically nothing in Cleveland, Eric Mangini who's replacing Crennel in Cleveland had one good year with the Jets and then fell apart. I do not predict success for the petulant kid. Fat Charlie Weiss hasn't done very well with Notre Dame. Weiss, who had gastric bypass surgery and still is a fat fuck needs an excellent year in South Bend or he'll be gone...

I don't get the Matt Cassel hype? The guy has one decent season replacing Tom Brady and he gets franchised for $16 million a season. We'll see how well the ex-bench warmer plays for Kansas City...
