I've been in a serious funk for about a month. It's time to get out of this funk and go forward, forget about the past, and live for today and the future...

It is the felony of Extortion to threaten criminal prosecution to gain advantage in a civil dispute, which is what this is. It also is a serious violation of the Rules of Ethics applicable to lawyers in every one of the 50 American states.

There wasn't a soul in the bar at the Halekulani in HNL and since I was wearing a dress shirt with $100 shorts- I was relegated to the outside area...

Stupid fucking rule. No shorts in the bar area. Fuck, I go to the best places in the City in shorts...

While at a stoplight on Ward and Ala Moana Blvd- I saw a pretentious fellow who used to live in the City crossing the street.

This was 2 minutes shy of 6am.

I yelled his name and he saw me...
