My prediction to win the Oscar as Best Documentary.  

I was witness to the World Premiere at the 2013 Sundance Film Festival at Eccles in Park City.  

Standing ovation after the film and some of the backup singers featured in the doc gave a rousing impromptu performance.

The skier now has 4 medals in 3 Olympics leaving Lindsay Vonn in the dust who has 2.  

Mancuso won a bronze in the super combined(downhill & slalom) in Sochi.

Not really following the Winter Olympics, but this blonde beauty who won the gold in the women's snowboard slopestyle seems to be in that Lindsay Vonn mold.  

I foresee a ton of endorsements for Jamie Anderson.  

She just needs to stay clear of Tiger Woods.  

public bathroom chronicles...

The Moana Hotel in Honolulu has their so-called public bathrooms locked.  A good alternative is the adjacent Outrigger Waikiki on the second floor.   

kuru kuru sushi...

In Kahala Mall.  In the Genki Sushi vein. They do a very good ahi bowl for only $6.95.  Onolicious!

rainbow drive in...

It's off my rotation when I visit Honolulu.  The bottom line is that I don't think the food is that good.   

zippy's...

Known in Hawaii for their delicious chili, but my favorite item at Zippy's is the fried chicken.   Thighs that are crispy and very tasty!
