A very good reason to watch America's Test Kitchen on PBS. She's the dessert/pastry/bread expert and Yvonne's written a book about baking(The Complete Idiot's Guide to Artisan Bread). I believe she's living in Singapore at this moment in time and probably won't be on the next season of America's Test Kitchen.
I have to be honest- she's an attractive brunette and appears to have a great rack!
