Sometimes, I can be very hard on people when they haven't followed through on a promise...
I pride myself on keeping my word. It's something that I have to do to live with myself...
However, people are all different and circumstances can sway individuals into directions which makes it tough to fulfill agreements...
I have to be more understanding...
