First of all, why was he dating a media whore with no talent like Tila Tequila who's real last name is Nguyen?
Merriman is charged with battery and false imprisonment. Tequila alleges that moron Merriman chocked and physically restrained her from leaving his pad. Nguyen was hospitalized after the incident...
To all the guys out there- when a woman wants to leave your pad- let her leave...
