dim sum in c-town...

The joint I'm in is a dive and the stuff is just fair, but it just seems historic in this place...

I've enjoyed dim sum for years, but today I realize how much it's a ritual for Chinese(I'm Japanese)... They take their time and drink their tea and nosh just a bit...

I hate using those slippery plastic chopstick so I've resorted to using a fork today...

I'm not proud of myself for using a fork...
