Whether he was involved in that shooting in Philly or not doesn't really affect what I saw observing Harrison on the sidelines the past few seasons. Sure he was injured last season, but Reggie Wayne has taken over the spot of being Peyton Manning's number one target. It appears to me that Harrison isn't too happy about playing second fiddle. In last years draft, the Colts took WR Anthony Gonzalez in the first round- which I thought was a stretch. I really believe Harrison dogged it in the playoffs contributing to the Colts loss.
