That's his name in the great 2008 Tony Award Winning Musical IN THE HEIGHTS. His real name is Christopher Jackson.
Jackson was in a comedy skit as a scout timing Usain Bolt in the 40.
I'm probably one of the few people who actually recognized Jackson in the skit.
