To me, it's a saying that means you're sitting pretty like having a bunch of chicks. Derived from the film "In Like Flint" 1967 starring James Coburn.
The Flint series is similar to Bond in a cheesy way and very similar to the Matt Helm series starring Dean Martin.
NY was "in like Flint" last Saturday...
