In the next couple hours, I will be heading down the hill to go to a going away party for an ex-trainer from Sportsclub LA/SF.
The shindig will be @ The Cigar Bar on Montgomery.
Greg is going back to Brooklyn. The guy is a great trainer and he's already missed @ the club. I wish him well!
