Murai Family nigori genshu produced and bottled by Momokawa Brewing, Aomori Prefecture, Japan. First of all, I'm not a big fan of nigori- unfiltered sake. Genshu- high alcohol sake, full bodied and complex. The mentioned sake is about 20% alcohol. It's too sweet for my taste and the finish wasn't that smooth. I could tell the nigori genshu had a high alcohol content...
