MANAPUA- hawaiian for a bow or bao like char siu bow or pork bun. The insides can also be something like chicken... Probably the best place to get MANAPUA in HNL is Char Hung Sut. Their MANAPUA is ONO! I hope to get a haircut from Keo's across the street and I'll surely pick up some MANAPUA and pork hash(shi mai or pork dumpling) @ that joint... MANAPUA is called nikuman in Japanese.
