I'm Japanese and I love sake, but I don't know shit about sake. Therefore, I'm going to use my blog to educate myself on sake. Today, I'm partaking in a nice Wakazuru Daiginjo sake. FYI, $42 @ Costco. All I can say that it's smooth and refreshing... Daiginjo-shu or sake is a labor extensive method of brewing sake where the rice is polished as much as 65% and no less than 50%. That's about all I can write about Daiginjo sake @ this moment in time...
