Is this guy for real? Why would Clemens get a shot in the ass for anything, unless it's steroids or HGH. Give me a fucking break about being injected with B-12 or lidocaine!
Make no mistake, Clemens is one of the greatest pitchers of all-time. But he took performance enhancing drugs like many athletes in all sports in this day and age!
Oh, and Clemens' wife apparently took HGH to look good for the above SI shoot...
