GRATIS- without charge, free, for nothing. Stayed @ the La Quinta Inn in Rancho Cordova, they have a "gratis" continental breakfast in the morning that starts @ 6am to past 9am. And they have "gratis" wifi. Plus, they give out the Sacramento Bee for "gratis" everyday. One other thing, guests of La Quinta in Rancho Cordova can work out for "gratis" @ Powerhouse Gym down the street.
