DOSSIER- a collection of documents about a particular person, event, or subject.
A tall person who will remain nameless (an iconic martial artist who passed away in the seventies has the same first name) @ my club told me he had a dossier on over 11,000 people. Actually he told me he had notes on that many individuals, but I believe "dossier" has more zing...
